Do I need permission from my parents to make a purchase?

If you are under the age of 18, you need parental permission in order to buy something from our store. Unauthorized purchases are absolutely prohibited and will result in your account being banned from our server, and all other Minecraft stores connected to our platform.

Am I allowed to buy something for other players?

Yes, you may purchase gifts for other players, however please do note that the original cardholder is always responsible for the purchase.

Can I buy something for cracked accounts?

No, we exclusively sell packages to legal Minecraft accounts.

What should I do if I did not receive my package?

It takes a few moments before our system processes your payment. If after 15 minutes you still haven't received your purchase, please contact our support.

Please note that if you have finished your payment using PayPal Direct Debit (also known as "eCheck"), it may take up to 10 business days for your payment to process. This is the time it takes for your financial institution to transfer the funds.

Note: All ranks and perks are permanent, but other items may be lost when a gamemode resets. Please reach out with any questions.

Can I get a refund?

No, payments are absolutely final and fall under a "no refund policy". In case of technical issues, an exception might be made. Please contact us if you believe this is the case.

Skyblock/Prison Rules

These are the official MINEFURY SKYBLOCK and PRISON rules. Scroll down to view each individual tier. Should any rule be unclear, please message a staff member for clarification. Have fun!

Warning: Evading any ban or mute will result in the punishment length being doubled as a ban!

Tier 1 Rules

Punishment: Warn → 2nd Warn → 5min Mute → 15min Mute → 30min Mute → 1hr Mute → 6hr Mute → 12hr Mute → 1d Mute
Offense 25+: 3d | 30+: 7d | 40+: 30d | 50+: perm mute

Reason	Description
Chat Spam	Flooding chat with 5 or more messages in a row or spamming a line of characters.
Symbols	Using excessive symbols in chat. Small non-offensive symbols are acceptable in moderation, but don't overuse or spam them.
Non-English	Speaking in any language other than English in public chat is not allowed. You can use party chat, island chat or private messages if you want to speak other languages.
Filter Bypass	Intentionally bypassing the chat filter with swear words or advertising.
Inappropriate Chat	Discussing topics which are obscene, inappropriate or otherwise have no place on the server. This includes inappropriate topics and political debates.
Disrespect	Disrespecting another player, staff member or the server in any form is not allowed.
Fake Messages	Intentionally creating a message that is not real and usually intends to trick a player.
Hackusating	Continuously accusing a player of hacking without providing sufficient evidence and refusing to stop after being told by staff.
Rule Breaking Encouragement	Encouraging players to break rules on the server in any way is prohibited.

Tier 2 Rules

Punishment: Warn → 1 Day Ban → 3 Day Ban → 7 Day Ban → 14 Day Ban → 30 Day Ban

Reason	Description
Light Advertising	Do not encourage players to join another server, follow your social media, or click on your media link.
Impersonation	Users may not impersonate another player, staff member or youtuber under any circumstance.
Minor Glitch Abuse	Do not abuse any glitch under any circumstance. If you find a bug, immediately report it to a staff member.
Event Abuse	Cheating in an event, including bypassing KOTH restrictions with alts is strictly prohibited.
Lag Machines	Avoid creating machines or contraptions which can lag the server.
Player Casinos	Player casinos are not allowed.
Inappropriate Builds	You cannot construct obscene, offensive or derogatory builds.
Kill Boosting	Players must not use alts, friends, etc. to kill boost.
Nickname Abuse	Players must not abuse /nick or use inappropriate nicknames.
Misusing /report	Using the /report feature in a troll/nuisance-like way will result in a ban.
Claim Trapping	You cannot build around a user's claim with the intent of blocking or restricting another player.
TP Trapping	You cannot trick other users into teleporting to you and then killing/trolling them.
In-Game Scamming	Attempting to scam a user out of in-game items is not tolerated.
Inventory Flooding	Flooding a player's inventory with items with malicious intent is not allowed.
Command Abuse	Any form of command abuse including spamming duels, abusing shout, etc.

Tier 3 Rules

Punishment: 1 Day Ban → 7 Day Ban → 30 Day Ban → Permanent Ban

Reason	Description
Harassment	Bullying another user which is defined as excessive disrespect, sexual harassment, or otherwise persistent harassment.
Toxicity	Do not continuously break rules, test limits, or be a nuisance on the server.
Autoclicking/AFK Clicking	Automatically clicking of any kind is prohibited. This includes rebinding.
Excessive Alts	Players are limited to 3 alt accounts, not including their main account.
Banning Staff	Players are not allowed to ban staff from their island.
Account Sharing	Sharing an account with the intent to grind, share items, or gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
Alt Abuse	Alts may not be used to receive one-time rewards multiple times or gain any sort of advantage.
Disallowed Modification	Using any mod not listed on the official legal modifications page. Includes printer, using 2 mice, setting unreasonable debounce time (10ms minimum), rebinding left click, drag clicking.

Tier 4 Rules

Punishment: 7 Day Ban → 30 Day Ban → Permanent Ban
Punishments with *: 30 Day Ban → Permanent Ban

Reason	Description
Racism & Discrimination*	Using any racist remark, racist phrase, or racial slur is strictly prohibited. Discrimination of any kind is not tolerated.
Suicide Encouragement*	Any encouragement of suicide or self-harm is not tolerated.
Hacking	Using any disallowed client, texture pack or modifications which give you an unfair advantage.
Threats	Users may not threaten to harm other players. This includes DDoS and Dox threats.
Griefing	Intentionally stealing, doing harm to another plot, island or player's build is not allowed.
IRL Trading	Trading items in-game for IRL money is not allowed. You may only trade in-game items for store items and giftcards.
IRL Scamming	Scamming a user out of IRL items or gift cards is not tolerated.
Island Insiding	Players may not inside other island items.
Extreme Harassment	Any form of extreme sexual remarks or other forms of extreme harassment is not tolerated.
Autoclicking (PvP)	Using any form of autoclicker in PvP under any circumstance is not allowed.
Kicking Members	Kicking a player who has contributed monetary value is prohibited unless there is a legitimate reason.
Alt Islands	Islands must keep everything on a single island; using a separate island to store wealth or for additional space is forbidden.
Disallowed Macro/Script	Any keybinds set to win chatgames or automatically perform actions such as fishing and farming is prohibited.

Tier 5 Rules

Punishment: Permanent Ban

Reason	Description
Advertising	Directly promoting another server such as putting its IP in chat is not allowed.
Misc. Links	IP grabbers, porn links, or otherwise harmful links are not allowed in chat.
Dupe Glitches	Duping on the server is not allowed. You may also not attempt to find exploit glitches. Reporting these can often be rewarded.
Major Glitch Abuse	You cannot exploit any glitch with serious implications on the server.
Botting	Using a bot to simultaneously have multiple accounts join the server and chat or perform an action is not permitted.
Leaking Personal Info	Disclosing any personally identifiable information of players is not allowed.
Inappropriate Skins	Do not wear an inappropriate skin which would not conform to the rest of our rules.
Inappropriate IGN	Do not have an inappropriate IGN which would not conform to the rest of our rules.
